  2. Shipping Fundamentals & Essentialities – Carriage of Goods by Sea Act, shipping operators, port controllers, land-side/sea-side logistics, types of cargo, containerized shipment processes.
  3. International Trade Routes & Trading Areas – Transit, trans-shipment process, open-sea vulnerabilities, flag of discrimination/convenience impacts.
  4. Principal Shipping Documents – Bill of Lading, Sea Waybill, Mate’s Receipt, Cargo Manifest, Shipping Note, Delivery Order.
  5. Freight Rates & Cargo Claims Resolution – Liner rates, commodity box rates, FAk rates, time bar limitations, and claims process.
  6. Payment Methods & Shipping Constraints – Payment options, Letters of Credit (LC) conditions, UCP resolutions.
  7. Commercial & Trade Documents – Supplier quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration, and sales contract.
  8. Application of Incoterms – Purpose and scope, grouping of E/F/C/D rulings, seller and buyer undertakings.
  9. Conflicting Issues of Incoterms – Variation in terms, delivery obligations, port/place interpretations.
