Introduction

Malaysian SMEs are increasingly looking beyond domestic borders to drive growth, diversify risk, and capture higher‑value opportunities in global markets. However, many struggle with where to start, how to choose promising markets, and how to design practical, affordable export marketing strategies that work in different cultural and regulatory environments.

In this course, participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to systematically identify attractive foreign markets, position their products or services for international customers, and develop focused export marketing plans that can be implemented with limited resources.
