As a Leader you need to satisfactorily communicate information & ideas, however you also want to communicate them in such a way as to achieve a desired outcome – to motive , convince or persuade others to willingly follow or support you.

Sathiesh has extensive 17 years of working experience in Telecommunication and
Semiconductor /Manufacturing industries. He assumed positions as Head of Customer Service and Network Technology Division Engineer.
