Ms. Yugaswari D/O Shanmugam is a HRD Corp–accredited and certified trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), accredited on 10 January 2024. She is a Senior Lecturer, Corporate Legal Advisor, and independent legal consultant with over 15 years of experience in academia, training, and corporate advisory.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and an LL.M in Advanced Legal Practice (Distinction). With a strong passion for teaching, she specialises in simplifying complex legal principles into practical, business-focused solutions for diverse audiences.

Her expertise spans Employment Law, Corporate Governance, Commercial Contract Drafting, Domestic Inquiry Procedures, Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Compliance, Personal Data Protection, Payroll Compliance, Intellectual Property, and Risk Management. As a Corporate Legal Advisor, she advises organisations on regulatory compliance, company constitutions, and contractual risk management.
