- Financial & Commercial Documents – Functions of shipping documents, control, and safekeeping.
- Roles & Responsibilities of Trade Finance Department – Segregation of duties, processing turnaround time, and 4-eye principle.
- Trade Financing Risks & Mitigation – Identifying international trade risks, operational errors, and controls.
