This 7-hour interactive online session helps participants improve English writing skills in a professional setting, moving away from overly formal phrases that can create a negative impression.

- Correct usage of TO, CC, and BCC.
- Main rules of good business writing and selecting simple language.
- Module 2: Drawing Attention
- Creating accurate Subject Lines: Dos & Don’ts.
- Appropriate Opening Lines and starting emails effectively.
- New trends in phrases and salutations (Hi, Hello, Dear).
- Module 3: Making E-mails Readable
- Organising content and managing multiple attachments.
- Creating logical structures and effective paragraph management.
- K.I.S.S. System: Keep It Short & Simple (Accurate, Clear & Brief).
- Module 4: Useful Phrases for Writing
- Phrases for confirmation, requests, and refusing politely.
- Apologizing, expressing dissatisfaction, and offering assistance.
- Referring to payment, price matters, and giving good/bad news.
- Module 5: Conclusion & Action
- Closing for action and ending emails with good closing lines.
- Usage of terms like “Sincerely” and “Faithfully”.
Trainer’s Profile
Sathiesh Sangarajoo
Sathiesh holds a BEng (HONS) from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside and is a certified HRD Corp trainer. He has 17 years of experience in the Telecommunication and Semiconductor industries, including roles as Head of Customer Service.
His expertise includes Customer Service, Team Engagement, writing Policies & Procedures, and Implementing Change Management plans. He specializes in Leadership, Project Management, and Personal Development.
