TARGET PATICIPANTS
This programme is targeted at Managers and Executives who wish to refresh or update their knowledge on Human Resources Management or are interested in pursuing a career in this field. The minimum requirement is a diploma or degree in management. Those with an SPM with 3 credits with 5 years of Management working experience could also join this programme.

The assessments (assignments or presentations) will be conducted on a group or individual basis and will be done between selected modules.

Each session will be conducted by one or two of our pool of experienced trainers who have been accredited or certified by HRDC and approved by CMI.
Chris Anthony has about 32 years of diversified wealth of experience in human capital and organization development. With previous roles in Resorts and Hotels in Singapore, Maldives, Thailand, and Cambodia, he has been involved in a wide spectrum of interventions including HR Transformation, Change Management, Jobs Redesign, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Industrial Relations.
Chris Anthony is currently Managing Director of Wenpower HR Pte Ltd (Singapore) and has been providing training and consulting services that enhance employee relations and productivity but also address the wide variety of HR and Training challenges facing today’s working environment.
Dr Ravindren, has been a trainer and consultant for the past 28 years. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication (M.Sc). He is also a Certified Trainer with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad. He has helped hundreds of people to realize their potentials as employees for their organizations. Dr Ravin is a highly successful presenter and many clients rate him as “excellent”, “dynamic”,” captivating”, and “highly professional”. In his capacity as a management consultant, he has gained a lot of experience and a high level of communication skills to interact effectively with his clients. With his deep passion to train people, he instills a certain flavor of excitement in participants to improve at their jobs.
Vanaja Singarajoo has over 21 years of working experience in various industries ranging from Education, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Property Development and Construction. She assumed positions as Head of Customer Quality Control, Head of Business Architecture, Head of Organisation Development and finally as Head of Human Resource Development in one of the Top 10 Best Employers in Malaysia.
Robert Siva has obtained his professional education in Business Management, Human Resources Management, and Logistics Management and Operations in UK and holds an MBA in Business Administration majoring in Logistics Management & Administration.
Toh Siew Pat was the facilitator for the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management’s (MIHRM) Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) and Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) programs (Employment Act module, Industrial Relations Act module and Trade Unions Act module) from 2007 to 2011.
Toh developed his passion for public speaking and training when he was invited to speak in a conference in 2004. Since then, he has conducted numerous in-house training programs, public training programs and has chaired/spoken at various public conferences & seminars. He also speaks in various seminars organized by various State Industrial Relations Departments and State Labour Departments.

For trainees from HRDC registered employers, the fees will be collected directly from HRDC. For those who are self-paying, we could allow you to pay in 6 installments.
