Course Leader – P. Nadaraja

P. Nadaraja was formerly with the Royal Malaysia Customs (1981–1997) as a Senior Officer of Customs, serving in various units. His key expertise includes customs administration, import and export procedures, classification, valuation, licensing, and compliance matters.

He possesses in-depth knowledge of multiple customs legislations including the Customs Act, Sales Tax Act, Service Tax Act, Excise Act, and other subsidiary laws. His experience extends to guest lecturing at the Royal Malaysia Customs Academy in Malacca on numerous occasions, delivering lectures on customs laws and procedures.

After his optional retirement in 1997, he began private practice as an Advocate and Solicitor. Currently, he is actively conducting seminars, workshops, and in-house training for corporations and statutory bodies. Between 2005–2007, he was officially appointed by the Customs Department to conduct the Basic Customs Course for forwarding agents.

He is an Associate of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS) and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (ACTIM), and continues to offer consultancy and advisory services on customs matters.

Course Fees

RM1,944 per person (2-day course) – Inclusive of lunch, tea breaks, notes, certificate of attendance, and 8% SST.

Registration Procedures

  1. Please email us a copy of your completed registration form.
  2. (HRD Corp Registered Employer) Apply via HRD Corp e-TRiS under the HRD Corp Claimable Course scheme before the training date (subject to approval).
    Training fee claimable: RM1,944 per person.
  3. (HRD Corp Registered Employer) Upon completion of the training, please fill up form PSMB/SBL-Khas/JD/14 and return it immediately to avoid claim delays.
