INTRODUCTION
There are thousands of Malaysian MSMEs which are already manufacturing products or providing services for the domestic market, but have not ventured into the export market.
These MSMEs are also not sure whether their products or services are exportable (export ready) or have limited capacity to venture into the export market.
There are more than 50,000 SMEs manufacturers in Malaysia of which only 20% are exporting. This figure does not include SME services providers and the Micro enterprises that are also involved in manufacturing or services. If you have an exportable product or service but do not have the capacity, you can still EXPORT.
In this programme, you will learn how to develop a successful export strategy, select the right markets and products, comply with regulations and paperwork, market your products effectively, handle shipping and logistics, set pricing and payment terms, and provide excellent customer service.
Whether you are a small business owner looking to expand globally or a seasoned professional seeking to enhance your export skills, this course is for you.
