INTRODUCTION
The basis of having a conducive working environment in any organization stems in trying to find a balance between giving employees security of tenure, and letting the employer retain the right to dismiss employees. The employer may, due to their business operating structure, or due to disciplinary factors, terminate an employee. However, in both instances, the right processes must be adhered to by any employer wishing to terminate their employees. The right process taken by the employer must show that it avoids unfairness and has given every available opportunity for the employee to be heard before being terminated. More so if the termination is due to disciplinary issues. This program will show you the necessary skills that will enable you to enhance your knowledge and the techniques on how to terminate an employee without having to face any legal repercussions from the employee concerned as well as the authorities.
